Thank you for choosing Y-NV Fashions. We are committed to the quality of our products. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item. To qualify for a return at Y-NV Fashions, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you bought it. An original receipt or proof of purchase is required, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. For hygienic reasons, intimate items cannot be returned or refunded, and all such sales are final. Clearance items or those labeled as "Final Sale" are also non-returnable. Please note that our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use or accidents.
